(1.7.19) Psalm 20 – “Remembrance”

“Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord Our God (Psalm 20:7).” We need to consistently remind ourselves of His goodness and reflect on what He has done for us. This helps us to remain trusting and faithful when the rubber meets the road and things get hard. God is still God and deserves our worship regardless of circumstance. Life isn’t easy nor does God promise us it will be; however, He does give us assurance that we will get through it.

We also need to remind God of who He is and thank Him for what He has done. Living a life of gratitude blesses the heart of God as we are honoring Him with our words and our faith. If God can heal your friend, He can heal You too. What God does for one He will do for another. Acts 10:34 reminds us that God is no respecter of persons. Praise God for that!
