Prayer is designed as an open line of communication between us and God — direct. Don’t clog the airways with restless thoughts, stress, worry, or doubt. Instead — pray with a thankful heart.
More Prayer = More Power. Jesus understood this, as after He would minister He retreated to fast and pray. (See Luke 5:16)
My prayer today, “Lord, thank You for the gift of prayer. Thank You for desiring to commune with me and for always being there. You are a beautiful Savior and Father. Lord, help me to bring my needs to You directly and to keep the lines of our communication open. Speak with me all day Lord, and help me to discern Your voice. Amen”
